35.5 MILE CHALLENGE (5k, 10k & Full Marathon)
Athletes signing up for the 35.5-mile challenge will be entered into the following events. Friday Night Lights 5k 10k Run FULL 26.2 Marathon Athletes competing in all 3 events receive all 3 race t-shirts & medals. Additionally, they will receive a 35.5-mile challenge T-shirt & a 35.5-mile finishers medal! For the Marathon. *** Athletes must maintain a 15-minute mile. Athletes must pass mile 13.1 before 10:50 a.m. Athletes who do not make the cut off will not be able to continue. Athletes who miss the cut off will be transported back to the start line *** Due to our permit and police support on the course, this strict time cut off must be enforced, no exceptions. *** No Baby Joggers or Pets Are Allowed in the Race***

Athletes who do not make the cut off will not be able to continue. Friday Night Lights 5K Fun Run
*** THIS IS A NIGHT TIME RACE-ALL ATHLETE MUST WEAR A HEADLAMP *** ***ALL FINISHERS RECEIVE A FINISHERS MEDAL*** A great Family Fun Run, strollers are welcome (there are no age group awards for athletes running with strollers) Awards are given to the top 3 overall and in 5 year age groups.
10K Run
*** ALL FINISHERS RECEIVE A FINISHER MEDAL*** Long Island’s premier competitive 10K spring race. Join your fellow Long Islander’s, neighbors from the Tri-State area, and family from across the USA as you journey to the finish line. *** No Pets Are Allowed in the Race***
1K Just for Fun (Kids Run)
***ALL FINISHERS RECEIVE A FINISHERS MEDAL*** The 1k Just for Fun, all participants receive a medal for completing the 1k fun run. There are no age group awards for this event. The event is geared towards kids & those that cant complete 5k due to limitations.
Marathon
