About this race

Grab your running shoes (and your turkey hats!) — the 25th Annual Loveland Turkey Trot is here, and this milestone is worth celebrating! 🎉 Voted the #1 Charity Walk/Run by NOCO Style every year since 2021, this beloved Thanksgiving tradition is hosted by BridgeWell Foundation of Northern Colorado.

The fun kicks off at 8:30 a.m. on Thanksgiving morning at Northern Colorado Medical Center: Loveland Campus (2000 N Boise Ave, Loveland, CO). The stroller- and dog-friendly 5K winds through the beautiful Boyd Lake State Park trail, making it the perfect way to start your holiday with fresh air, laughter, and community spirit.

25 years. 25 reasons to trot. Every step you take makes a difference! All proceeds benefit BridgeWell Foundation of Northern Colorado — the organization behind the Turkey Trot — whose mission is bridging critical gaps in health and wellness for our neighbors in Larimer and Weld Counties. From supporting cancer patients and veterans to crisis health and dental care, your participation directly fuels programs that change lives right here in our community.

This year's event features a limited-edition 25th Anniversary shirt and if you know the Turkey Trot, you know our shirts are legendary. Don't miss yours!

🥔 Bringing a little one ages 0-4? Register them for the Loveland Turkey Trot Loveland Turkey Trot - 4 & Under Lil' Taters event! This will help make check-in fast and easy for your whole family. It's the same race, same course, and same start time, just a separate registration so your little one gets the right bib at check-in. Li'l Tater registration is just $5!

Important Note: For safety and insurance purposes, all participants (runners, walkers, strollers, wagons, and bikes) must be registered and wearing a bib.

Start your Thanksgiving with fun, fitness, and a great cause — because at the Turkey Trot, you "trot first, turkey later!" 🦃
