About the Sunday Funday Run
Sunday Funday is a relaxed, 45‑minutes‑or‑less social out-and-back run designed to complement your weekend training. This run is intentionally easy and meant to support recovery, consistency, and smart weekly mileage.
What it's for
• If your Saturday run is long (90+ minutes): A gentle 30–40 minute run at a slower‑than‑conversational pace promotes recovery, improves circulation, and helps your legs bounce back for the week ahead.
• If your Saturday run is moderate (45–90 minutes): A short Sunday run is a great way to add low‑stress volume, build aerobic strength, and maintain consistency without adding intensity.
• If you didn't run on Saturday, this short, easy run is a great way to reset and prepare for the week ahead.
