Manitou Trail Labor Day 5K
About this race
Join us for a 5K fun Trail Run/Walk through the Beautiful Cross Country Ski Headquarters in Roscommon Michigan!
We also have a 1 Mile Kids Fun Run which will start following the 5K finish, around 11 AM. (Parents are welcome to run/walk with their children!)
Both races include t-shirt (while supplies last), post-race snacks, hot dog lunch and refreshments (non-runners can purchase a hot dog lunch separate).
Proceeds will go to The Sundrop School to directly fund student scholarships for the 2026-2027 school year.
This is a fun run. The 5K will be hand timed with results available later in the day. Prizes awarded to overall and age group winners. The kids 1 mile will not be timed.
Same day registration begins at 8:15AM and ends sharply at 9:30AM. Check in for registered runners starts at 9AM.

Manitou Trail Labor Day 5K
This is a fun run. It will be hand-timed with prizes awarded to overall and age group winners. Check in starts at 9AM same day of race. Same day registration available starting at 8:15 AM and ending promptly at 9:30 AM. Reminder, no swag bag or shirt guaranteed for same day registered runners.
Kids 1 Mile Fun Run
Kids 1 Mile Fun Run will start immediately following the adult race (around 11AM). This will not be timed. All 1 Mile Kid Runners who pre-register will receive a race gift bag. Post-race lunch included in registration! Parents are welcome to run or walk with their children for no charge.
