About this race
Help us to raise funds for "Super Hero" families with children who are hospitalized.
Prepare your best Super Hero costume and gather a group to run or walk with you!
Race (5K and 2 Mile walk) will begin at 9:00 am - Perry Farm Park in Bradley, IL
Race day registration begins at 8:00 am

The race will be chip timed.
Pre-Registration is $30 for adults and $15 for children 12 and under (plus $2.50 online processing fee) - T-shirt guaranteed through April 13th registration
Day of Race Registration is $35 (begins at 8:00 am on race day)
Awards: Top 3 times in each age category: under 19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, over 60
Costume awards:
Best individual, Best group/family costume, and Best kid costume

CHANGES DUE TO COVID-19 restrictions Race will be virtual. You can run or walk your 5K and turn in your results by Saturday, September 19th and we'll send you a t-shirt. You are welcome to do small group meet ups to train or complete your race - we encourage you to still consider participating with your team at a time and date that you can independently decide and complete. SEND US YOUR VIDEOS AND PHOTOS!! #matteasjoy or email to jamie@matteasjoy.org - best video/photo submission for an individual and team will receive prizes. We'd still LOVE if you ran or walked with capes or costumes! Registration is $25 (plus $2.95 online processing fee) - all participants are guaranteed a T-shirt.
