Welcome to the new MCRRC Red, White, and Blue 5K!
Start your Independence Day celebration by running or walking this popular, long-standing Potomac course in celebration of liberty, courage, and togetherness. Parking is located at the Potomac Presbyterian Church (10301 River Road), which is a short walk to the start/finish. All finishers will receive a commemorative cooling towel.
Join fellow runners on July 4, 2026 for the Mcrrc Red, White, and Blue 5K. It's a fantastic 5K featuring a flat and fast course in Potomac.
