About this race
Are you a Mermaid or Merman or just want to enjoy an organized and safe open water swim? Our 12th annual ocean swim will be offering four great distances again! The swim will be held at the pristine beach in Stuart, Florida.
Five Distances Include:- Two Mile Swim
- One Mile Swim
- Half-Mile Swim
- Lil' Mermaid Splash (200 yards OWS)
- Virtual Swim

Two Mile Swim
There will be top 3 awards given out for each age group as well as top overall male/female. Participants will receive food and drinks following the event. Registration/Packet Pickup Information: - 8/1/21 - 7/31/22 at midnight: $45 - 8/1/22 - 8/5/22: $50 - 8/6/22 - Race Day: $65 starting at 6:45 AM at Pavillion 8. - Race Day Packet pick-up begins promptly at 6:45 AM at Pavillion 8. - Swim Caps only guaranteed to the first 400 participants Parking: - Enter the park and make a right into the north parking lot - Park anywhere in that area - Check in at Pavilion 8 - Head under tunnel to swim start Course Information: out and back - Start at Tower 19 - Swim 50 yards east to first buoy - Stay on right and head south - Pass middle buoy, continue to stay on right - Turn around at 3rd buoy, stay on right, continue back north - Pass middle buoy again, stay on right - Pass the first buoy again, stay on right - Make U-Turn around the first buoy - Repeat above - Come out of water, jog, 25 yards to finish

Any Distance Virtual Swim
You may choose your distance in the virtual swim! Each participant in the virtual option will receive a special edition Mermaid Glass + swim cap. Registration/Packet Pickup Information: - Registration: $50 - Packet will be mailed to you!
