Join us for the 8th Annual Michigan Monster Dash, returning to the scenic Kensington Metro Park! Runners will enjoy breathtaking views, a mostly flat course, and the peaceful beauty of Kensington’s wooded surroundings. The Start/Finish line is set at picturesque Maple Beach, with the race winding along the shores of stunning Kent Lake.
Can’t make it to the park? No problem! All race distances are also available virtually. Simply choose your distance and complete it on your own schedule—whether that’s in your neighborhood, on a treadmill, at a local park, or wherever you feel most comfortable.

WE ARE NOW IN LATE REGISTRATION. YOU MAY REGISTER FOR ANY RACE, BUT T-SHIRTS AND MEDALS WILL BE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Everyone will get a t-shirt and medal but those registering after 10/22/19 may have their shirt and medal mailed to them if we run out of either shirts or medals. Come in Costume! Running in full Halloween costume is strongly encouraged!
10K Run
