Miles for Meals 5K Run benefiting Meals on Wheels of Eastland

Entry Fees:

5K - $25 before 9/01/26

        $30 after 9/01/26

        Teams of 5 or more - $20 per person (by 9/1/2026)

Kids’ Run - $10

ONLY early registrations by 9/01/26 will receive a t-shirt.

The Old Rip 5K and Kids’ Fun Run/Walk is part of the Eastland Chamber of Commerce “Ripfest – 2026," a festival celebrating the city’s famous horned toad. This race will benefit the Eastland Meals on Wheels.

Join us for our 9TH Annual Miles of Meals 5K Run benefiting the Eastland Meals on Wheels! The Meals on Wheels mission is to service healthy meals to seniors and homebound residents. Your support of this event will enable MOW to deliver over 60,000 meals annually.  Come support your local Meals on Wheels! Register to walk or run; or just come for the fun!   

5K: Medals will be awarded to age group winners.

Kids’ Fun Run/Walk: All finishers will win ribbons.

Teams: Special awards will be given to the school and the business that have the largest registered team. Deadline for team registration is Sunday, Sept. 1. All team forms must be received in the same envelope. Teams of 5 or more people: $20 per registration

After the race, stay for Ripfest, including a parade, Bryan’s Car Show, live music, kids’ games, crafts, and food booths.

Come for the Race. Stay for the day!
