Jonathan is a retired appellate judge who also served in the Civil rights Division of the Department of Justice. He wrote and worked to pass the New Mexico Human Rights Act. Jonathan and Malka raised their children to seek out opportunities to live out their Jewish faith's call to "tikkun olam", repair the world.
