Ready to test your limits? The Monster Dash brings a highly anticipated 1.6K, 5K to Carolina Beach on October 17, 2026. Expect a fantastic route right in the heart of North Carolina.

Family Fun Run. This will not be a timed event. Costumes required, inflatable costumes welcome! This event will be held rain or shine! In the event of severe weather cancellation we will notify by email, Facebook and Instagram

Monster Dash
We are hosting a XC Meet before the 5K starts. We will have events for cross country teams starting at 9a. Our finale event is our 5K for everyone which will also be run by any XC team members who are 15-18. The 5k will start at 11am.
