Leap frogs are the first to take the plunge followed by Road Runners and Gladiators. Are parents allowed on the course to help the child? ONE parent is allowed in transition while the child transitions from swim to bike & bike to run. Parents are allowed in transition to help the child set-up. NOTE: Parents are also allowed to do the run portion of the event with their big time triathlete child! What if we have a bike problem (flat tire, bad chain, etc.) on race day? We will have Tri Shop on-hand to help. What else should I be asking? Now that is a good question. In a nutshell, don’t stress. Simply show up with a swimsuit, bike & helmet and some running shoes.
