If you are unable or unwilling to join us on race day, July 25 you are welcome to consider the virtual option. You can run the required distance any day/time/location of your choosing. Please submit your results when completed.

Adventure race
Ruck the Muck 5K (Friday July 24-6:00pm Start Time)
Must carry weight between 5 and 50 lbs. Scoring will be based on "net" time which is your time minus 10 seconds for your total "run" weight (body weight plus carry weight). Winner of the Ruck the Muck 5K based on net time will win a $50 Dick's Sporting Goods Gift card.
