Moonlit Mile 5K
About this race
Our race will commemorate 3 years in business for Lunar Fitness & Wellness LLC as we raise funds to support Sleep in Heavenly Peace (SHP).
RACE FEATURES:
- Fun twilight summer race atmosphere
- Scenic course on paved trails at popular White Hall Park

- 5K Run/Walk (timed), 1 Mile Walk (untimed) & Virtual Option
- Awards for Top 3 M/F Overall and Top 3 M/F in 0-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70+
- Chip Timed 5K (Thanks RaceRise)

- Prerace yoga with Appalachia Asana - This is a $10 add on to the race registration for the 5K. See more below.
- Food, drink, fun and fellowship for a worthy local cause
PACKET PICKUP - We will hold race evening packet pickup from 6:00-7:30pm at the White Hall Park pavilion.
Join fellow runners on July 25, 2025 for the Moonlit Mile 5K. It's a fantastic 5K, 1.6K featuring a flat and fast course in Richmond.

Running
5K Run/Walk
A chip timed 5K (3.1 miles) open to runners and walkers of all abilities. Course is on 100% paved road/trail surface. Awards for Top 3 M/F Overall & Age Groups. Dogs on fixed length leashes and strollers are permitted.
Virtual 5K Run/Walk
If you can't join us in person or live outside of the Central Kentucky area, consider joining us as a virtual runner/walker. For a $30 donation you can run/walk your own Moonlit Mile 5K and we'll mail you (or deliver to you) your commemorative race T-shirt. You'll be supporting a great cause. Run the race on your schedule in your hometown.
Walking
1 Mile Fun Walk
A fun, untimed, non-competitive 1 mile walk to support our cause. No awards will be presented for this event.
