Rules and Regulations 1. Runners shall complete the course as marked and directed. 2. Runners/Walkers must complete the course in which they have registered. 3. All decisions of the committee as to finish time, place and any disqualifications shall be final. Awards 10K RUN - Trophies to First and Second, overall finishers (male/female). Pump -N- Run
If you like to run and lift, here's a new event to test your skill at both. The Pump N Run will consist of a weigh-in, bench press a percentage (see below) of your body weight for as many reps as you can (max 30 reps), and then a 5K race. For each rep completed, a 30 second deduction will be taken from your 5K time. A maximum of 30 reps (15 minutes) can be deducted from the run. Registration for the Pump begins at 7:00 AM at Anytime Fitness 46 Plantation Drive Elkins, WV 26241. The Run will take place with the 10K/5K on Davis Avenue that steps off at 12:30 PM at Elkins/Randolph County YMCA. Male: *Must be 18 or Over* 18-39 = 100% of weight 40-49 = 90% of weight 50-59 = 80% of weight 60 and over = 70% of weight Female: *Must be 18 or over* 18-39 = 70% of weight 40-49 = 60% of weight 50-59 = 50% of weight 60 and over = 40% of weight
