Running or Walking - 100 Miles Solo or Team
Run or walk. Complete all 100 miles as individual or sign up with a team of 2-6 and complete the challenge together. You can complete your miles by just doing one activity, such as running, or you can do a combination of all. Log your run/walks/activity daily, weekly, and make sure they are all submitted by midnight on 1/31/2025.

Run or walk. Complete all 200 miles as individual or sign up with a team of 2-6 and complete the challenge together. You can complete your miles by just doing one activity, such as running, or you can do a combination of all. Log your run/walks/activity daily, weekly, and make sure they are all submitted by midnight on 1/31/2025.

Run or walk. Complete all 400 miles as an individual or sign up with a team of 2-6 and complete the challenge together. You can complete your miles by just doing one activity, such as running, or you can do a combination of all. Log your run/walks/activity daily, weekly, and make sure they are all submitted by midnight on 1/31/2025.

Run or walk. Complete OVER 400 miles as an individual or sign up with a team of 7 or more and complete the challenge together. You can complete your miles by just doing one activity, such as running, or you can do a combination of all. Log your run/walks/activity daily, weekly, and make sure they are all submitted by midnight on 1/31/2025.
Physical Activity - 25 Individual Hours or 150 Team Hours
Activity can include biking, workouts, yoga, etc. This can be done individually (25 hours) or as a group of 2-6 (150 hours total)
