5K Run/Walk: A chip-timed race open to all experience levels. Whether you’re an experienced runner or walking in remembrance, this event offers a meaningful way to honor little ones lost.

1K Fun Run/Walk: A shorter, family-friendly option perfect for kids and those who prefer a more relaxed pace.

Virtual Challenge: Walk or run anytime, anywhere throughout October. Join us from afar and be part of our mission, no matter where you are.

In recognition of Pregnancy Loss Awareness Month, we invite you to participate in the MPSG Life After Loss 5K - Virtual Challenge this October. How to Participate: -Walk or run a 5K (3.1 miles) anytime throughout the month of October—on your own time, at your own pace. -Choose your route and complete the distance all at once or over several days—whatever works best for you! -No smartwatch? No problem! You can easily track your distance and time with mobile apps like Map My Run or Runkeeper. Become a Charity Runner: Take your impact further by creating a personal fundraising page during registration! Set a goal and ask friends and family to support your run with donations using your unique link. Bonus! Unlock incentives like getting your registration cost refunded when you raise $100. Join or Create a Team: Create a free group and invite family and friends to take part in this meaningful challenge with you. Come together - wherever you are - to build community and strengthens our shared mission.
