1K Fun Run/Walk: A shorter, family-friendly option perfect for kids and those who prefer a more relaxed pace.
Virtual Challenge: Walk or run anytime, anywhere throughout October. Join us from afar and be part of our mission, no matter where you are.

To recognize Pregnancy Loss Awareness Month, we invite you to participate in our VIRTUAL MPSG Life After Loss 5K. All virtual participants will be sent a virtual packet and will have the chance to win one of two Target gift cards as shown here - https://mpsg.betterworld.org/auctions/MPSG-Life-After-Loss-5K-LIVE-Auction How to participate in this challenge: -Walk or run a 5K (3.1 miles) anytime within the month of October. You choose your route and whether you complete the entire distance at one time or over multiple days. -If you don't have a smart watch, you can track your distance/time with a mobile app like Map My Run or Runkeeper. Don't want to walk alone? Create or join a group (listed under the Participate tab) and walk or run together. Remember to take a picture (with your time!) and tag us and use the hashtags below. MPSG Life After Loss 5K-IN PERSON
In honor of Pregnancy Loss Awareness Month in October, we invite you to participate in our MPSG Life After Loss 5K on October 26th at MacGregor Park. Everyone is welcomed—whether you run, walk, push a stroller, or have your child beside you as unofficial participants. With a playground, plenty of open space, and fun outdoor activities, there’s something for all ages and abilities! Participants will receive a swag bag, a bib with a chip timer, a t-shirt, and a finisher medal, along with access to food and vendor booths, plus the chance to win a prize in our drawing and participate in a LIVE auction.
