Join us for the Multiple Sclerosis Awareness 5K/10K—a virtual run dedicated to raising awareness, supporting those affected, and moving together toward a world without MS! Sign up for the Multiple Sclerosis Awareness 5K/10K, complete it anytime and anywhere, and be part of a powerful movement fueled by hope, resilience, and community. Every entry gets you a custom high-quality shirt that you’ll love to wear with pride, a cool finisher medal, a donation to the Multiple Sclerosis Foundation—helping provide critical support services, resources, and assistance to individuals and families impacted by MS.
