This months meeting introduces Obstical Course Racing as we look forward to The Epic Series OCR returning to Fresno on Saturday, April 20. We will have two guest speakers Dindo Dizon of the Central Valley Spartan Athletes, and Sam Slosman of Synergy Fitness Center.

This month's talk is an inspiring story by cyclist Diana Dean. She is a Climb to Kaiser and triple crown finisher. She will be sharing how she started cycling and what inspired her to tackle these impressive events.

This month's talk is by Valley Cryosport. They will be sharing the recovery benefits of Cryotherapy for athletes along with other services they offer.
