Mwr Liberty Volunteer Trip To: Comic Con

**THIS MWR LIBERTY REGISTRATION PAGE IS OPEN TO ACTIVE DUTY E1-E6 ONLY. WE ARE LIMITING ALL PATRONS TO ONE DAY OF VOLUNTEERING. REGISTER FOR THE DAY YOU PREFER**

Take part in the opportunity to volunteer at the 2026 International Comic Con Convention in sunny San Diego! Volunteers will volunteer for a 3- hour shift and, when their shift is over, be able to enjoy the convention for free! Assignments and Volunteer Times are still to be determined at a later date closer to the event. Cosplay is encouraged! 😎

We are limiting all patrons to one day of volunteering (we want as many people as possible to experience Comic Con). Please pick the day you want to volunteer (Thursday, July 23rd, Friday, July 24th, Saturday, July 25th, OR Sunday, July 26th). Registration will fill up quickly. If we reach volunteer capacity, please email us to be added to the waitlist.

Comic Con Member ID

During registration you will be asked to enter your Comic Con Member ID. If you don't already have one, please create a Comic Con Member ID, at www.comic-con.org. Please note that your Comic Con Member ID is case-sensitive (spacing and lowercase versus uppercase, matters). Please be sure to input your exact Comic Con member ID as it appears on your Comic Con Portal. If we have issues looking up your Comic Con Member ID, you will be contacted. 

Transportation

MWR Transportation is provided. Please select your preferred pick-up location during registration. There are two available pick-up locations: The Recyard (NBSD) and VADM Martin Liberty (NASNI). 

Communication

MWR Liberty communication with volunteers will mainly occur via email (so please provide the best email address at registration). In mid-June (around 6/19), all signups will be contacted by email and be asked to confirm attendance. Keep an eye out for this email. There will be a deadline to respond and if we don't hear back, we will offer your spot to someone on the waitlist.
