Team Registration
Teams of 4 receive a $5 discount/refund per person (ONLY applies to adults - refund applied after the 4th team member has registered)
Grab 3 or more of your friends and make a team. Fastest 3 teams win a trophy!
Bag / Key Check
There will be a bag check in for race participants. You will find this inside the Red Barn. NAMI Sauk Area is NOT responsible for any items checked.
Pets & Strollers
Pets are not allowed on the race course during the race and warm-ups of the NAMI Sauk Area 5K. Strollers are allowed with walkers in the race. Please allow the runners to lead the pack, followed by walkers, followed by walkers with strollers.
Food Tent
A boxed lunch will be provided along with water to all participants. The food will be prepared and wrapped by a licensed restaurant kitchen.
Weather Plan
If there is severe weather during the race, please seek shelter in one of the pavilions in Sinnissippi Park or the Red Barn and Hoover Park. If the race needs to be cancelled due to weather, it will be posted on the Facebook page (NAMI Sauk Area 5K) and an e-mail will be sent out to all registered participants.

5K Run & Walk Beside Us: Run (timed)
This event is for serious participants and will be a timed event. Corporate runners will also run with this event.
Children's 1 mile Time Trial (ages 5-14)
This event is designed for children ages 5-14. Top 3 runners in each age will be awarded a medal.
5K Run & Walk Run for Fun (not timed)
This event is designed for recreational runners and will NOT be a timed event.
5K Team / Corporate 5K Run Timed
Teams of 4 will be timed and the combined times will be added together for a team placement. Top 3 teams will win a trophy. Please e-mail mike@comcast.net to sign up for this event.
Walking
5K Walk (strollers allowed) (not timed)
This event is designed for walkers and walkers with strollers. This is a non-timed event.
