The NJ FMBA 24th Annual Fallen Heroes 5K Memorial Run

Bar Anticipation, Lake Como New Jersey
The race will start and end at Bar Anticipation on 16th Avenue in Lake Como, NJ. We will memorialize the ultimate sacrifice of our brothers and sisters and all of the lives lost that day and celebrate their memories!
Join fellow runners on September 12, 2026 for the NJ FMBA Fallen Heroes 5K. It's a fantastic 5K, 1.6K, 0.1K featuring a flat and fast course in Lake Como.

Fallen Heroes 5k Run/Walk
5K Race on Flat, Fast Course Starting and Finishing at the Bar Anticipation with a loop around Lake Como. This is a USATF Grand Prix Event (500 Points). Individual Awards include 5 Year Age group awards and awards in various "Hero" categories. Law Enforcement, Firefighter, EMS, Teacher, Military Team Competition in various divisions, including Open, Law Enforcement, Firefighter.
Fallen Heroes 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk (non competitive) with a $25 No T Shirt Option
A relaxed, non-competitive, walk through a portion of the Fallen Heroes Course.
Little Heroes Children's Dash (No T Shirt Included)
A 50 Yard dash held in front of the Bar Anticipation.
