Defeat MSA 5K Run
This run will take place on the Wheeler High School Cross Country trail. All field / track / trail. Times will be posted by the end of Race Day. Online registration closes at 4:00 pm on 9/15. On site registration and check-in starts at 8:30 am. Prizes for 1st, 2nd, 3rd for both Men & Women in each division Free on site child care provided.....check out the kids run option.
Kid Friendly 1/2 mile
This is an option for the under 12 crowd. The course will be twice around the track. Note earlier start time: 9:00! Free Child Care available during 5K.
Walking
Defeat MSA Fitness Walk
This walk will take place on the Wheeler High School Cross Country trail. All field / track / trail. Check-in starts at 8:30 am.
