North Idaho Turkey Trot at Riverstone
About this race
16th Annual North Idaho Turkey Trot
Kick off your Thanksgiving Day with family, friends, fresh air, and a little fun at the 16th Annual Turkey Trot! Our Thanksgiving tradition begins and ends at beautiful Riverstone Park, 1805 Tilford Lane in Coeur d’Alene.
The Turkey Trot is all about fun, fitness, and community. This is a non-timed event with no awards—just a great way to get moving before the Thanksgiving festivities begin. Walk, run, bring the family, including your furry family members and enjoy the morning with your community.
Event shirts are available with registration. Be sure to register by the shirt deadline to guarantee yours. And when you cross the finish line, stick around for our always-popular hot cider and cookies!
Run for a Great Cause
The Turkey Trot is sponsored by Idaho Central Credit Union and Dog N It Hotel and Daycare and facilitated by Your Friend, Pamela Faye, Inc., a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to addressing unmet needs in the community
Proceeds from the 2026 Turkey Trot will benefit RescueLove, supporting its work to save dogs from high-kill shelters and help local dogs in need of safe, loving new homes.
Registration & Refund Policy
Because proceeds from this event support important needs in our community, registrations are non-refundable and non-deferrable. If you are unable to participate, your registration fee will be considered a donation. A donation receipt is available upon request to privatedirector17@gmail.com.
