Beginner Running program: 5 Km
North Jersey Masters wants everyone to enjoy running and recognizes that the most important step in this journey is the first one. If you are new to running, or you have been a casual runner and are looking to advance to the next level, or you are returning to running after many years away - then the Club has developed a fun and progressive beginner running program to make sure the first step is the right step. Our Training program has successfully seen many individuals discover the fitness benefits of running and amaze themselves by completing their first 5K run.
Beginner Running Program: 5 Km (Wednesday session, RIdgewood Duck Pond)
If you are new to running, a casual runner looking to advance to the next level, or returning to running after a break, this fun and progressive 8-week beginner running program sponsored by North Jersey Masters running club has been designed to make sure that your first step is the right step towards discovering the joy and fitness benefits of running and completing a 5K race. Your commitment to achieving your goal along with our training techniques, support and expert speakers will ready you to cross the finish line. Make yourself proud and take a step forward by signing up. 15 participant minimum required.
