Northport Running Club Youth Program Spring Track and Field Program
The NRC Youth Spring Track and Field Season meets over a 8 week period on Sundays and Thursdays. We introduce our registrants to a variety of track events from sprints thru middle distance and in multiple field events. The focus of the program is to teach the fundamentals needed to develop skills while having fun.
