2026 Old Timers Day 5K Fun Run
About the Event
Join us in celebrating Avenal's 44th Annual Old Timer's Day - Heritage Festival. With free Lucha Libre matches starting at 2pm at Rice Park and a Fun Run. Starting at 8am this will be the first event of the festival before the parade begins. Whether you run, walk, jog, or cheer, people of all ages and fitness levels are welcome—because every step goes towards our shared goal of raising funds for two Avenal High School scholarships.
Organized by Avenal's newest Run Club - the Skyline Striders we welcome all Valley run clubs to run with us.
Join fellow runners on May 2, 2026 for the 2026 Old Timers Day 5K Fun Run. It's a fantastic 5K, 3.2K featuring a flat and fast course in Avenal.
