Open Water Swim Training Program

Take your swimming beyond the pool and into the real world. Our Open Water Swim Training Program is designed to help athletes build confidence, overcome open water anxiety, and become a more efficient open water swimmer.

Whether you're training for your first triathlon or looking to sharpen your race-day performance, this program focuses on the skills that matter most when the black line disappears.

What to Expect:

• Marked 1/2 mile swim course
• Lifeguards in water for safety

Dates:  Wednesday times are 6pm - 8pm and Weekends are 7am - 9am
