Swim Workout on the 300 yard rectangular course. Coached interval training with open water swim skill practice. Coach Linda McCandless will be walking all interested participants through the process of Swim/Bike and Bike/Run transitions. She will explain what to bring, how to set up, and how to execute a great T1 & T2. It's no additional charge and starts at 5:45PM. (Check in that night will begin at 5:15).
