Join the fight against hunger by participating in Montgomery County Food Bank's annual Outrun Hunger event, featuring a 8K & 5K Trail Run | 1K Color Dash : Presented By H-E-B. The event's proceeds benefit Montgomery County Food Bank's programs for children, seniors, and families facing hunger in Montgomery County. This community-wide event offers summer fun for all ages. All event long at the Party Pavilion, you'll enjoy music, food trucks, photo ops, a kids zone, and more. We encourage all participants to set up a fundraiser to make your impact go even further. Every $1 raised provides up to 4 meals. Let's make a colorful dash into summer!

Join us for a timed 10K event! Overall awards will be given for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for our 10K. Race beings with a mass start with our 5K event at 8:00 a.m. Course will close at 9:45 a.m. Participant t-shirts are limited. Specific sizes are not guaranteed leading up to the event. Don't forget to dress up in your most festive Mardi Gras attire.
5K
Join us for a timed 5K event! Awards will be given in each age group for top male and female. Overall awards will be given for 1st, 2nd and 3rd place for our 5K. Race beings with a mass start with our 10K event at 8:00 a.m. Course will close at 9:45 a.m. Participant t-shirts are limited. Specific sizes are not guaranteed leading up to the event. Don't forget to dress up in your most festive Mardi Gras attire.
Second Line Parade - 1K
Join us for a 1K walk/run that will be led by our King and Queen of Mardi Gras, a brass band, and more! This non-competitive event is perfect for families and pets and is a great way to get the good times rolling! Onsite Registration and Late Packet Pick Up will open at 7:15 a.m. and the parade will begin at 10:30 a.m. sharp. Participant t-shirts are limited. Specific sizes are not guaranteed leading up to the event. Don't forget to dress up in your most festive Mardi Gras attire!
Virtual 5K
This is a virtual event and you will need to submit your results during the designated timeframe to receive credit for completing the event. Participant t-shirts are limited. Specific sizes are not guaranteed leading up to the event. Race packets will be sent once race is completed.
