Group Rates and Teams

• 5K Group rates are available - register four or more people at the same time for the discount of $5.00 per person. Select Multi-person discount. Discount ends November 23rd
  
• Multi-Person discount is on the 1st page of registration - Ends November 23rd 
• You can create a new team or join an existing team to participate in the biggest team challenge
• The option to join or create a team is on the 1st page of registration
• Last date to join a team is Sunday, November 23rd
• To get the $5 discount, you must register 4 or more at the same time (5k only)

Packet pick-up 

• Pre-Race pickup - Owasso Track and Cross Country Fieldhouse (behind the Owasso High School, just east of the football stadium).
• Times and Dates - Monday 24th & Tuesday 25th - 10a-12p and 5p-7p at the Owasso Track and Cross Country Fieldhouse, 12901 E. 86th St N., Owasso 74055
• Race Day pickup and day of registration - Owasso Track and Cross Country Fieldhouse, 7:30 am to 8:45 am.
• If you do not pick up your race packet, you have until December 5th, 2025. All remaining items will be donated. There are no refunds.

Shirt Information

• Short Sleeve T-Shirts - to guarantee your shirt size and order, you must register by Friday, Nov. 7th at midnight.  
• We will not exchange shirt sizes at pick up, on the day of the race, or ship shirts.
• We will have a limited amount of shirts for those who did not make the guaranteed shirt date of Nov. 7th at packet pick-up and the day of the race. First-come, First Served; we will not reserve shirts. 
• We will not exchange shirt sizes for wrong-size orders.
• ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL

Prizes

• 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place prizes for each Gender/Age Group
• You must be present to receive your prizes; we will not ship.
• All runners will receive a medal.

MORE INFO - 

Runners and Non-Runners, your family name can be added to our t-shirt design by making a $20 donation before Nov. 7th. 

Donations can be made at the time of registration or separately. 

In the spirit of giving, we're collecting non-perishable food items for Owasso Community Resources. Please bring 2-3 non-perishable food items per registrant to drop off at packet pick-up or on race day. The most needed items are listed below:

Peanut butter
Mac & cheese
Spaghetti sauce
Canned or dried beans
Canned fruits
Cereal
Rice
