About this race
The Palm Springs Health Run & Wellness Festival has now become one of the largest events of its kind in Southern California and follows a spectacularly beautiful path in and around Ruth Hardy Park with picture perfect views of the San Jacinto Mountain Range. Hot, hip and fun is how describe the desert oasis of Palm Springs.
This USA Track and Field certified 10K and 5K event has caught the attention of serious runners and nationally recognized health and wellness speakers.
The Expo has grown substantially since its inception and now has over 100 vendors showcasing the latest in nutrition and exercise techniques, KESQ News Channel 3 Food Challenge, LifeStream Blood Bank Drive, rock climbing wall, walk on water and Aerial performers.
Not only is the event a way for health conscious individuals and families to come together, but it has now become a major fundraiser.
