The route is an out and back route that begins and ends at Sulphur Heritage Square. Then runners travel through Frasch Park, around Sulphur High School, along Cypress Street and Maplewood Drive then through McMurry Park before heading back to returning same route back to Heritage Square.
Park to Park 10K
This route is a flat and fast course that begins and ends at Sulphur's Heritage Square. Then runners travel through Frasch Park, around Sulphur High School, along Cypress Street to W.W. Lewis before heading back towards Heritage Square.
Park to Park 1K
This is a 1K walk/fun run that begins and ends at Sulphur's Heritage Square.
