Safety First!
All dogs MUST BE LEASHED at all times for the safety of all participants. Non-retractable leashes are preferred. Your dog is your responsibility and not the responsibility of Paws In The Park volunteers. I understand that participating in the 3K Walk means I may encounter twists and turns—like uneven sidewalks, playful pups, changing weather, and the usual hustle and bustle of the world around us. I’m responsible for my well-being (and that of my furry friends) and acknowledge that these risks come with the territory.
Paws & Responsibility
I agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless friends of Paws In The Park., along with its awesome team of volunteers, staff, sponsors, and partners, from any liability, claims, or unforeseen surprises related to this event. I understand that Paws in the Park volunteers are not responsible for personal injury, property loss, or any doggy mischief that may occur.
Healthy & Happy Hounds
I promise my pup and I are healthy and ready to enjoy this walk. My dog is up-to-date on vaccinations (including Rabies) and is well-behaved around people and other pets.
