About this race
Paws4Pride is a virtual walk-a-thon fundraiser where participants can walk with their dogs to raise funds for the Dutchess County Pride Center youth programs during the month of June. The Grand Prize for participating during the month of June is their pup being the fundraiser mascot for 2026, complete with photo shoot courtesy of Tara Cirigliano Photography. Don't have a dog to walk? Sponsor a team! Or, better yet, volunteer at your local animal shelter to "borrow" a walking buddy to raise funds for the Center. It could be a win for all!

The goal of the Paws4Prde fundraiser is to aid The Dutchess County Pride Center in its mission to provide a safe space for the local LGBTQ+ community. Participants can walk whenever they choose during the month of June, either with their own dog(s), a friend's, neighbor's, or a shelter dog. If you can't participate in walking please consider sponsoring a walker or team!
