About the Event
Mark your calendar for PEDALS 2026! We hope you can participate in this epic event to raise funds for those living with ALS.
If you love cycling, running and walking for a cause, come on out to Townsend Park on September 13th to participate in one of PedALS multiple bike events which include a 100k Iron Horse road ride, 20-mile road ride, 32-mile gravel ride,10-20-mile bike mountain ride, 5k or 1-mile walk. The walk/run/roll is a family fun event so bring all your family and friends! After the bike/run/walk/roll, we will celebrate the day with lunch, drinks, music, and lots of activities for the kids including balloon artists, face painting, yard games, and so much more!
Whether you choose to sponsor, donate, bike/walk/run/roll, or volunteer, you are helping to make a difference in the lives of the ALS families we assist.

Cycling
PEDALS Iron Horse 100k Road Ride
The Iron Horse 100k Road Ride is our hardest course named after Lou Gehrig. Upon completion, you will receive a Pedals t-shirt and Iron Horse patch. Please note this is a ride, not a race, but all rides will be timed. Check-in for this ride opens at 10:00am
PEDALS 20-Mile Road Ride
This ride is for experienced riders as it is very hilly. Please note this is a ride, not a race, but all rides will be timed. Check-in for this ride opens at 11:30am.
PEDALS 16 Mile Mountain Bike Ride
Please note this is a ride, not a race, but all rides will be timed. Check in for this ride opens at 11:30am.
Gravel biking
PEDALS 32-Mile Gravel Ride
Please note this is a ride, not a race, but all rides will be timed. Check-in for this ride opens at 11:30am.
Walking
PEDALS 1-Mile Walk/Roll
Check-in for this event opens at 12:30pm.
Running
PEDALS 5k Run/Walk/Roll
Please note the 5k will be timed. The route will be part trail/part paved. Check-in for this event opens at 12:30 pm.
Virtual Run/Walk/Roll
Feel free to walk/run/roll virtually at a day and time convenient for you.
