Join your friends and run a 5K around the Parishville Beach circle while dodging blasts of color! (If you do not want color thrown at you we will have a color free lane) Runners receive a metal, water, granola bar and fruit. All proceeds will supports the PHCS PTO

Choose this option if you have a child 5 years or younger or stroller kids that wants to participate with you but doesn't care to receive the Runners post run bag (A metal, water, granola bar and fruit.) Free registrants will not get a metal, if you want your little one to get a metal at the end of the race choose the 12 yrs or younger option.
