Feeling super stressed out? Turn things around at the Brewery! Gather your friends and meet me at the Beaver Island Brewery for a fun and rejuvenating Yoga session followed by a pint of beer!

What to bring: Yoga mat, ID, towel, water, (optional props: Yoga Blocks). We do have a limited supply blocks and mats.

Description of what to expect: Unwind! Give yourself permission to slow down, relax and center yourself, while challenging your body in new ways. This class will focus on teaching basic yoga postures to assist in improving muscle imbalances, while lengthening and strengthening. All welcome, regardless of fitness level or yoga experience. Limited to 16 participants. 

You must be at least 16 to participate. What to bring: Yoga mat, ID, towel, water, (optional props: Yoga Blocks)
