Participants receive a long-sleeve technical t-shirt (ladies and youth sizes available to those who register prior to Nov. 8). This event will observe guidelines for social distancing and mask-wearing as set forth by the Texas Department of State Health Services. The 5K race will have a flexible rolling chip starting anywhere between 8:30 and 8:45 a.m. The participant initiates the start of their race by crossing through the starting line. Participants will be required to wear masks at the start/finish area and respect social distancing guidelines. Participants can pick up race packets drive-thru style on Wednesday, Nov. 25 from 4 to 6 pm at the CL Simon Recreation Center. Packet pickup on race morning will start at 7:30 am at Pecan Acres Park's Pavilion.
Kids 1K Run (10 and under)
The Kids K race will start at 8:00 a.m. Participants will be spaced with markings on the ground to keep them six feet apart. Participants will be required to wear masks at the start/finish area and respect social distancing guidelines. Participants can pick up race packets drive-thru style on Wednesday, Nov. 25 from 4 to 6 pm at the CL Simon Recreation Center. Packet pickup on race morning will start at 7:30 am at Pecan Acres Park's Pavilion.
