About this race
Join us to celebrate the 13th Annual PINK OUT 5K & 1 MILE as we run into October for Breast Cancer Awareness Month! Our PINK OUT is a community based, family friendly FUNdraising event to support our worthy mission!
Register today and join us in person for our 5K and 1 Mile Family Fun Run/Walk on September 26, 2026! Can't join us in person? Join us as a virtual participant September 26 - October 3!
1 in 8 women will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime. Get your PINK ON and help us get fit, give back, and honor those we love! No one fights alone!
Participants can create individual or team race and fundraiser pages during the registration process. Bring your friends, family, and colleagues together to support United In Pink. Prizes for the team captain for the largest company team, largest individual team and team with the most money raised as well as for the individual with the most money raised as of 9am on Saturday, September 26!

RACE COST:
$30 per person prior to August 31, 2026 @ 11:59pm
$35 per person after September 1, 2026 (t-shirt not guaranteed)
5K DIVISIONS FOR SWAG AWARDS (awards for chip-timed participants only): Overall top male and female finishers. Top 3 finishers in male and female age groups: Under 10, 10-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70+.
RACE INCENTIVES: Race Shirt, electronic chip timing for 5K, and post-race refreshments.

DETAILS FOR VIRTUAL PARTICIPANT - September 26 - October 3, 2026
What does “virtual” mean? It means that you can walk or run wherever you please. Pick your date (between 9/26-10/3), choose your course (anywhere!), gather your team - kids, dogs, friends, coworkers. Run, walk, bike - however you want to participate! It's your race, your pace!

RaceJoy will be available to all runners and walkers, in-person or virtual. This is a free interactive app for your mobile device that allows runners and spectators to track their progress and receive fun inspirational messages from United in Pink. United in Pink is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. United in Pink provides assistance to hundreds of breast cancer survivors and families each year throughout 24 counties in Central GA by providing critical physical, psychological, relational, financial, and educational support at NO COST.

PACKET PICK UP: (walk-up registration also available during these times) * Thursday from 10 am - 2 pm at the Belk Entrance closest to Wesleyan Drive * Friday from 3 pm - 7 pm at the Belk Entrance closest to Wesleyan Drive * Saturday from 6:30 am - 7:30 am in front of Reeds Jewelers RACE DAY PARKING: (please note times and detailed instructions) * Survivor Parking is ONLY available from 6:30 - 7:30 am - Enter the mall area off of Wesleyan Drive between Talbots and Belk. (survivors arriving after 7:30 will follow general parking below) * Volunteer and Participant Parking - enter from the MAIN Entrance to the mall off of Riverside Drive (at the light where you come in by Zoe's and Barnes and Nobles). * Arrive Early because all race festivities will take place in the Village Green by the fountain in front of Talbots. Survivor Zone will open at 7 am Warm-Ups at 7:45 5K Starts at 8 am - (chip-timed, 2 laps of the race route) 1 Mile Starts at 8:10 am - (separate Start after 5K start) Survivor Tribute at 9:15 am Awards at 9:30 am Awards: * Top 3 Overall Male and Female * Top 3 Masters Male and Female(55+) Age Groups 3 Deep for Male and Female: 10&under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-45,... 80+ This is a chip timed race. Race results will be posted at http://unitedinpink.org/. No pets allowed. Strollers are permitted at the back of the race pack. Shirts guaranteed if registered by 10/4. After that, first come-first served.
