Port of San Diego Game Day 5K Run/Walk
About this race
The annual Port of San Diego Game Day 5K Run/Walk, which takes place along San Diego’s beautiful harbor front, starting at Harbor and Ash. Athletes will run past 10,000 cheering spectators. Runners, families, and spectators can watch the remainder of the parade, which features colorful floats, bands, and huge inflatable characters. All participants receive a finisher medal! Awards are three deep in all divisions.
Have Fun & Win
The Race Awards can be picked up post race at the awards table. Awards will be given to the top three male and female 5K finishers in each age division.
Race Day
Race day registration and bib pick-up start at 6:00 am at the corner of Harbor and Ash. Race day registration and bib pick-up close at 7:30 am. Race Start is 7:45 am. There is no pre-race packet pick-up. T-shirts will be handed out at the finish line area, please keep your bib on to receive your shirt near the finish line!
Fun at the Finish
Party after the race! Join us for the post-race party. There will be live DJ and lots of extra munchies, including packaged snacks, water, fresh fruit, and much more! You can also watch the remainder of the parade, which features colorful floats, bands, and huge inflatable characters.
