Join us on WORLD MENOPAUSE DAY for the 2nd Annual Pretty Moody Foundation Menopause Walk as we come together to raise awareness, inspire conversation, and empower women navigating every stage of menopause. Whether you're experiencing perimenopause, menopause, postmenopause, surgical menopause, or simply walking in support of someone you love, this event is for you.

More than a walk, this is a movement dedicated to breaking the silence surrounding menopause, reducing stigma, and ensuring every woman has access to education, resources, community, and support. Together, we'll celebrate strength, resilience, and the power of women supporting women.

Enjoy a morning of community, wellness, education, and inspiration while helping advance the mission of the Pretty Moody Foundation: transforming women from confusion and isolation to empowerment and support.

Your participation helps fund menopause education, support programs, advocacy initiatives, and community outreach that empower women to thrive through every stage of midlife.
