Virtual Family Fun Run
Get out with the family and complete a walk, run, bike, swim, kayak...etc. Be sure to take lots of pictures in your race shirts and share them with the hashtags #R4F5KVirtual and #R4F5K2020
Virtual Training 5K
Join us for an 8 week 5K training challenge. Each week you'll get an email with the training plan for the week. This will take you from 0-5K! Be sure to post lots of pics of your progress and final 5K with the hashtags #R4F5KVirtual and #R4F5K2020
