5K Course at Lee's Summit West Activity Complex. Prizes will be given for the top male and female overall and top male and female by age group.

Special Pricing for LSR7 Students-Only. If you are not a student of LSR7, please select the 5k Run/Walk Participant Option **Please note that the youth shirts run small. You might want to size up.**
Dream Partner / Virtual 5K Participant
Do you wish you could participate, but you already have plans on Race Day? Register to be a “Dream Partner / Virtual Participant” and you will receive an exclusive Race t-shirt showing your support for students! You'll receive a link to record your steps if you choose. **Please note that the youth shirts run small. You might want to size up.**
Kids Dash Fun Run (includes t-shirt)
THIS OPTION INCLUDES A T-SHIRT. Kids Dash for children up to 6th grade begins on the track at the conclusion of the 5K Run/Walk (typically between 8:30 and 9 a.m.). Children will run in groups with like-age kids. The oldest children will run approximately 200 meters (half lap). The youngest children will run approximately 50 meters. **Please note that the youth shirts run small. You might want to size up.**
Kids Dash Fun Run (does not include a t-shirt)
This option does NOT include a t-shirt, or the t-shirt deadline has passed.
