2026 10th Annual Race Into Finals at Kent State University is Saturday, May 2!
5K & 1-Mile Run/Walk
🏃♀️ Sprint towards summer and join this fun, community race! Funds raised benefit the College of Nursing Student Emergency Fund. 🏃♂️

🏃 1 Mile Fun Run: 8:30 AM
🏃♀️ 5K Race: 9:00 AM
📍 Location: Kent State University
🚗 Parking: Free parking is available at Henderson Hall R8 lot and C Science Lots.
⚠️ Please note: R8 lot access will be closed from 8:30 AM – 9:05 AM during the race.

Registration Fees:
💰 5K: $30 (Students get $10 off with code "Student")

Packet Pickup:
📦 Race Day: Starting at 7:15 AM
📦 Early Pickup (optional): Friday afternoon before race- 3:30 pm-5pm Henderson Hall (you can pick up a friend's)
Registration Deadlines:
🖥️ Online Registration Closes: April 30
📝 Day-of Registration: Available until 8:15 AM (cash or check only) $35 for 5 K, and $20 for 1 mile.

1 Mile Fun Run
The 1 mile will take place before the 5 k so we can all cheer on the 1 mile runners! Feel free to run with your child or use the 1 mile as a warm up to the 5 k for free. If you would like to be timed and eligible for prizes, you need to register.
