Race the Helix - Greenwood

• Saturday, September 19th, 2026 at 9:00 am - Greenwood Genetic Center
• 5K run or walk with Chip Timing (course can accommodate strollers and wheelchairs)
• 1-mile course for walkers, runners, strollers, and wheelchairs
• Pre-packaged snacks and water will be provided
• Online t-shirt sales will close on September 5. There will be a very limited number of t-shirts available for sale on race day. First come, first served.
• Check-in and onsite registration - 8:00 am - 8:45 am on race morning
• Awards Divisions
  • 1st Place overall male and female
  • 1st Place male and female in each age group category
    
    • 12 and under
    • 13-19
    • 20-29
    • 30-39
    • 40-49
    • 50-59
    • 60-69
    • 70+
• Packet/t-shirt pick up
  • Preordered Race the Helix t-shirts and 5K race bibs can be picked up at the race on Saturday morning beginning at 8:00 am.
  • Early pickup for preordered t-shirts and 5K race bibs is also available at the Greenwood Genetic Center (106 Gregor Mendel Circle) on Friday, September 19 between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
