About this race
The Racer 5K began in 2013, with the mission to have a fun morning running throughout our beautiful campus! It has grown yearly with tremendous community support. The funds raised go to supporting Murray State Cross Country and Track and Field programs.
Join fellow runners on September 6, 2025 for the Racer 5K. It's a fantastic 5K featuring a flat and fast course in Murray.
