About this race
Get out your running shoes and bring the whole family to Races for All Paces on Saturday, June 6, 2026, at Eastern Illinois University’s O’Brien Stadium. This family-friendly event offers something for every fitness level, including a 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk, 5K, 10K, Toddler Trot, and Diaper Dash. Enjoy fun activities for all ages. All 1-Mile, 5K, and 10K participants receive a medal, with age-group awards for the 5K and 10K. Register by May 16, 2026, to guarantee your free T-shirt.
Please note: Only animals trained to assist the disabled are allowed on EIU campus.

10K Run/Walk
Challenge yourself in our 6.2-mile 10K race, perfect for runners and walkers looking to go the extra distance. Registration is $35 in advance or $40 on event day, with a $10 fee for kids ages 12 and under in advance and $15 on event day. The race is chip-timed, first aid stations will be available, and all finishers receive a medal. Register by May 16, 2026, to guarantee a free T-shirt.
5K Run/Walk
The 5K Run/Walk is a great way to get active together and celebrate fitness as a family. Registration is $30 in advance or $35 on event day, with a $10 fee for kids ages 12 and under in advance and $15 on event day. The race is chip-timed, first aid stations will be available, and all finishers receive a medal. Register by May 16, 2026, to guarantee a free T-shirt.
1 Mile Fun Run/Walk
The 1-Mile Fun Run/Walk is a great event for participants of all ages and abilities. This timed race allows adults who participate in the 5K or 10K to also enjoy the 1-Mile with their children. Registration is $15 in advance or $20 on event day, with a $5 fee for kids ages 12 and under in advance and $10 on event day. All finishers receive a medal. Register by May 16, 2026, to guarantee a free T-shirt.
Toddler Trot
The Toddler Trot is a fun, free event for children ages 3–5, giving the little ones a chance to run like the bigger kids! The race takes place on the 50-yard line and is designed for young runners to enjoy their first taste of racing in a safe, supportive environment.
Diaper Dash
The Diaper Dash is a fun, free event for children ages 3 and under, giving our tiniest participants a chance to race just like the older kids! The race takes place on the 50-yard line and is a safe, playful way for little ones to experience the excitement of a run.
