Rainbow Run, Rock & Roll
About this race
Tahoe Expedition Academy’s Rainbow Run, Rock & Roll is a family friendly community event involving a 5K fun run/walk/roll on the Truckee River Legacy Trail, followed by a mini-festival at the Lower River Barbeque Area. This will feature live musical performances, local vendors, informational community booths, games and more. This event has something for everyone and is a perfect way to launch Truckee’s third annual PRIDE Week.

Event Schedule
8:00am - 9:20am Bib pick up (lower BBQ area)
9:00am - 5K runners are released
9:10am - 5K walkers are released
9:30am - Folks on scooters, roller skates or bikes are released
9:30am - Post Run Festivities at the Mini-Festival
11:30am - Event Ends
PARKING: Parking will be available at Regional Park. Participants can also park on East River Street by the foot bridge and walk up to start along the Trail. Signage will direct runners to start.
FESTIVAL: Please plan to stay and enjoy the Rainbow Run Mini-Festival featuring live music and fun interactive booths. The festival will run until 11:30am.
